The Blueprint

• 60 minute call to plan the course content, structure, and pricing. In this call I will also walk you through a custom course dashboard in Notion.
• I share our proven 1-3-3-1 method for creating your $1K course. This method helps you work quickly and clearly to validate the idea and get your first 10 sales.
• We set a timeline for you to create the content and launch, usually 6 weeks.

The Construction

• I get to work setting up your course info page (or email landing page) so you can start to build a pre-launch email list.
• You create the course 👩‍💻 ✍️ 📹 👨‍💻
• As you create the course, share written content on Google Docs and media on Google Drive. This is also where we chat about any questions on the content, make edits, and finalize it.
• I upload and format your content to Podia (or platform you already use).
• You write the sales page following an approved formula or template. If you don't have one I'm happy to share a few that have been profitable for me!
• I create the sales page (using your content).

The Launch

• 30 minute call to review the content on the platform as we make live changes. This is not the time to decide the course sucks and you want to change everything.
• We create a launch messaging plan to raise awareness for the launch. This includes building your pre-launch email list and sharing "insider looks" on social media.
